Nicholas is a Bay Area native born and raised in the city of Oakland
Nick’s education consists of a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Holy Names University, a California Real Estate Broker’s License, over 80 hours of Professional Continuing Education and over 10 years in the Real Estate Industry. A licensed Real Estate agent for over ten years, Nick obtained his Brokers License in the summer of 2009 so he could deliver an even higher level of customer service to his clients.
Currently overseeing the management of over 100 units, Nick has spent the last 8 years growing a residential property management company in Oakland, Berkeley, San Leandro and the surrounding areas.
Nicholas specializes in Real Estate Sales and Property Management throughout the San Francisco East Bay Area. He has a growing portfolio of residential income property on his property management program and regularly teaches a course, “Do it Yourself … Property Management”
Nicholas is an avid golfer and enjoys talking business on the course!
