Mary “Mimi” Lucas moved to Oakland, California in 1969. She fell in love with this part of the San Francisco Bay Area for its culture, diversity, academic opportunities, beautiful weather, superb restaurants, and so much more! In 1970 Mimi had her first child, a daughter, and decided Oakland was the perfect place to raise a family and she has called Oakland home ever since.
Mimi’s Real Estate career began in 1979 when she obtained her Real Estate License. This was a great addition to her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Modern Foreign Languages, Russian and French, which she had obtained from the University of Kentucky. Mimi enjoyed many fruitful years in the Real Estate Profession which ultimately led her to obtain her Broker’s License and start her own Company, called Trident Holdings Vacation Rentals and Sales.
This Company specialized in the Rentals and Sales of Vacation Properties, primarily in the Lake Tahoe Area. Mimi operated her business until 2008 when she decided to semi-retire. However, in 2011, some dear clients called her and said you must sell our home and assist with the purchase of a new one…so, at the request of her clients and due to the urging of her son, Mimi came out of her “semi-retirement” and is pleased to bring nearly forty years of experience in Sales and Property Management to Woodminster Real Estate Company, Inc.
Mimi looks forward to assisting both her “old” and “new” clients with her years of experience whether it is Selling or Purchasing a Primary Residence or advising for Investment Property – “Specializing in Service” was always her motto.
