Nicholas is a Bay Area native born
in Oakland. He had ten years of experience in the hospitality
industry prior to getting his real estate sales license and
eventually going on to attain his Broker license in 2009. He
attended Western Kentucky University 1999-2001, Fullerton College,
and went on to attain his Bachelors in Business Management from
Holy Names University. He has spent the last 8 years growing a
residential property management company in Oakland, Berkeley, San
Leandro and the surroudning areas; his management program
currently consists of over 50 units.
Nicholas specializes in real estate
sales and property management throughout the Bay Area. He has a
growing portfolio of residential income property on his property
management program and regurally teaches a course, "Do it
yourself...property management."
Nicholas is an avid golfer and
enjoys talking business on the course!

Ellen Cain Becherer, Realtor®
Ellen joined Woodminster Realty in 2008
after a fruitful career as a fundraiser. She is
excited to continue working with people and their money. Ellen
is a real estate investor, and began managing her own small portfolio of
rental properties more than 20 years ago. Always
enjoying a new adventure, Ellen decided to pursue a career in real
estate to help her friends, new and old, secure their financial future
through home ownership and perhaps real estate investing. Woodminster
offers a comprehensive property management program in addition to real
estate sales.
Ellen has a BA in Economics and completed UC Berkeley’s certificate
program in Financial Planning. Ellen also studied
horticulture and real estate at MerrittCollege.
In addition to real estate, Ellen is
founding board chair of AmericaSCORESBay
Area, an after school program serving more than 700 underprivileged
public school children in San
Francisco, Oakland
and Richmond.
America SCORES is a unique program combining poetry, soccer and
service learning for children in grades 3 – 5.
Ellen is also a past board member of the HeadRoyceSchool,
worked for CollegePrepHigh
School, both in Oakland,
and worked for the past ten years for WindrushSchool
in El
Cerrito.
Ellen and her husband, and their two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Lefty
Grove and Satchel Paige, live in the Oakland Hills. Ellen
knows the EastBay
community very well and will be delighted to help you buy or sell your
home or investment property.
